They make them tough in FNF Scotland. Not only was Martin Johnstone DJing until 1am last Sunday morning he then turned up on time a few hours later for his 10k in the Great Scottish Run. And he clocked a personal best for the distance securing his place inside the top 3,202 finishers!
Martin says, “I shaved 33secs off last year’s time so a new personal best dedicated to my daughter Lily. It was a great atmosphere and a lovely day. Legs are a bit sore but worth it.
After a very emotional year I can honestly say that wearing a Families Need Fathers T-Shirt I ran my heart out and it kept me going every inch of the way!”
